Senior Fashion Designer

Our partner is seeking a Senior Fashion Designer to lead the creation of contemporary collections, with a focus on woven wear. This role is perfect for a designer with a sharp eye for detail, strong trend awareness, and the ability to turn concepts into commercially successful pieces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and sketch menswear collections with a focus on formal wear (blazers, pants, etc.).
• Align collections with customer preferences and climate needs.
• Source and select fabric materials, trims, and accessories to match design vision.
• Ensure collections remain innovative and relevant.
• Attend key product meetings, presenting designs to buyers and stakeholders.
• Work closely with Technician, Sourcing and Production team during sample fittings.
• Oversee production by visiting factories to ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Fashion Design, Textile & Clothing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of fashion design or product development experience, with proven ability to independently manage woven wear collections.
• Strong fashion sense, fabric knowledge, and market-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop; sound PC skills.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken).
• Good communication & presentation skills as well as leadership skill.
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the Designer role.
