Senior Field Coordinator

Job Overview

Harden Enterprise Services LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Field Coordinator / Site Superintendent to help oversee construction projects in Coldspring, Texas, and surrounding areas.

We are looking for a dependable construction professional who understands field operations, knows how to lead subcontractors and trade crews, communicates effectively, and can help keep projects organized and moving according to schedule.

This position requires someone who is comfortable taking responsibility in the field, identifying issues before they become larger problems, and maintaining consistent communication with project management, subcontractors, clients, and other team members.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and trade crews on active job sites
• Help maintain project schedules and keep field activities moving efficiently
• Review construction plans, scopes of work, blueprints, and project requirements
• Verify material deliveries and communicate shortages, damages, or discrepancies
• Monitor workmanship and help ensure project requirements and quality standards are being met
• Document jobsite progress using photos, mobile applications, and company systems
• Communicate project updates, concerns, delays, and field conditions to project management
• Assist with coordinating inspections, subcontractors, materials, and project needs
• Maintain a professional jobsite and communicate appropriately with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members
• Identify potential problems in the field and work with project management to develop solutions
• Help ensure projects remain organized from mobilization through completion

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of construction supervision, field coordination, or related construction leadership experience
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, scopes of work, and construction plans
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to changing jobsite conditions
• Comfortable using smartphones, mobile applications, and technology for project documentation and communication
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites in Coldspring and surrounding areas
