Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage a strong Channel Partner (CP) network.
• Identify and onboard new Retail Channel Partners (RCPs).
• Develop relationships with developers and real estate projects.
• Meet CPs, conduct market visits, workshops, and events.
• Generate consistent business through partner relationships.
• Achieve monthly business and performance targets.

Who Are We Looking For?

• 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate / Channel Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Target-oriented and proactive.
• Comfortable with field sales and market visits.
• High-energy person with a strong growth mindset.
• Own vehicle is mandatory.
