Senior Finance Executive

Role Summary

We are looking for a Finance Executive with 4-5 years of experience to manage day-to- day accounting and finance operations. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, excellent proficiency in Advanced Excel and Zoho Books, and the ability to independently handle financial activities with accuracy and accountability.

Location: Powai, Mumbai (6 day work week)

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

Maintain accurate books of accounts and accounting records.

Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, payments and receipts.

Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.

Prepare and maintain financial statements, MIS reports and other management reports.

Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.

Support GST, TDS and other statutory compliance requirements.

Track expenses, payments and receivables to ensure timely recording and follow-up.

Maintain proper documentation and ensure records are audit-ready.

Coordinate with internal teams, vendors and other stakeholders for finance- related requirements.

Identify discrepancies and support timely resolution of accounting issues.

Assist in improving accounting processes and financial reporting.

Skills & Qualifications

4-5 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance.

Graduate degree in Commerce/Finance or a related field.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and day-to-day finance operations.

Mandatory proficiency in Advanced Excel.
