About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Finance Executive Taxation & Accounts to manage day-to-day finance operations, statutory compliance, taxation activities, invoicing, and banking transactions.

The ideal candidate should have good hands-on experience in GST, TDS, statutory return filings, invoicing, bank payments, and accounting processes, with strong attention to accuracy and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Taxation & Statutory Compliance

• Manage timely preparation and filing of TDS returns and related compliance activities.
• Handle GST compliance, including GST return preparation, filing, reconciliation, and related documentation.
• Ensure timely filing of other applicable statutory returns and maintain compliance records.
• Coordinate with consultants, auditors, and relevant authorities whenever required.
• Track statutory due dates and ensure timely completion of all compliance requirements.

Accounts & Banking

• Process and coordinate payments through banking channels after obtaining the required approvals.
• Prepare payment requests and ensure supporting documents are complete.
• Perform bank-related accounting and reconciliation activities.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documents.

Invoicing & Receivables

• Prepare and issue customer invoices accurately and within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to obtain the required billing information and supporting documents.
• Track invoices and support follow-up on outstanding receivables.
• Maintain proper invoicing records and ensure compliance with applicable tax requirements.

General Finance Operations

• Assist with monthly closing activities and preparation of finance reports.
• Support reconciliation of accounts, including customer, vendor, GST, TDS, and bank-related reconciliations.
• Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required information and documents.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce**, Finance, Accounting, or a related field**.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of GST and TDS compliance and filings.
• Experience in invoicing, bank payments, reconciliations, and statutory compliance.
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple activities and statutory deadlines independently.
