Senior Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and support day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP) and General Ledger (GL).

· Ensure accurate recording of sales invoices, customer receipts, supplier transactions and journal entries.

· Perform monthly closing of management accounts and prepare financial reports.

· Provide timely and accurate financial data and analysis to support management decision-making.

· Monitor budgets, purchase requisitions, cash flow and working capital performance.

· Support plant operations on finance-related matters and monthly production activities.

· Assist in credit control, stock take and asset tagging exercises.

· Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documents and filing.

· Liaise with auditors, bankers, company secretary and other internal/external stakeholders when required.

· Support other finance-related assignments as required by the Finance Manager.

Requirements

· MUST HAVE LCCI / Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.

· Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting/finance experience.

· Good hands-on exposure to AR, AP, GL, month-end closing and financial reporting.

· Experience in cash flow, working capital monitoring, budgeting and account reconciliations would be an advantage.

· Familiar with accounting systems/ERP and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

· Good understanding of accounting principles and financial controls.

· Able to work independently, manage deadlines and handle multiple priorities.

· Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in a manufacturing or automotive environment would be an added advantage.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
