Senior Finance Manager

该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to observe accounting, financial reporting and internal processes optimization. This role is also expected to strengthen our risk management framework and ensure regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of Accounting Operations (AR, AP, GL and Tax) within China
• Lead and manage month-end finance closing for China including journal entries, GL account review / verifications and BS reconciliation to ensure compliance with local statutory requirements, tax regulations, and SWO group policies
• Support Head of Finance on monthly/quarterly management reporting package for local and APAC review
• Overseas cash flow management and working capital optimization
• Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for statutory audits and filings
• Engaged in continuous financial process improvement to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Other ad-hoc assignments as needed Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree and above in Finance or Accounting, CPA/ACCA preferred
• 15+ years in hybrid finance roles with proven track record in solid technique accounting, internal control or planning & analysis

• Excellent communication skills with good command of English
• Advanced proficiency in financial analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, BI, NAV)
