Senior Finance Manager

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed P&L reviews across HK, China, Singapore to support regional leadership.
• Support the Director in overseeing a small team of accounting staff;
• Manage all aspects of financial planning and analysis, financial accounting, and capital project monitoring;
• Develop and manage the annual budget, enforce budgetary controls, and participate in digital transformation projects and process improvement initiatives;
• Manage Accounts Receivable (AR): proactively follow up to optimize cash flow and reduce overdue balances.
• Review, validate, and challenge revenue forecasts and budget submissions from business units.
• Perform tailored financial analyses to inform decisions.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting processes, including month-end and annual closing, management reporting, budgeting exercises, and fixed asset management, through best practices and automation tools;
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• At least 15 years of relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, management reporting, business partnership or commercial finance.
• Attentive to details and ability to work independently and meet tight timelines.
• Ability to balance business requirement and financial control.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles; detail-oriented, independent, responsible and proactive in seeking solutions;
• Excellent project management and communication skills, both written and spoken English and Chinese;
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure;
