Senior Finance Manager - Ecommerce

该职位来源于猎聘 Senior Finance Manager, CN marketplace This role supports CN marketplace business team and the wider business and helps proactively develop forward-looking planning and productivity analysis to scale the business from finance perspective. This role also leads the bottoms up CN marketplace GMV planning and reporting process across business team and coordinates inputs from a broad group of finance stakeholders, acting as the primary PoC across multiple reviews, and driving discussion between the CN and US finance/business team to ensure CN representation in decision-making. Key job responsibilities

• Building financial models and advanced analytical tools to forecast GMV performance and related business indicators
• Act as trusted partner to the business team and generate insightful reporting, e.g. ability to meet quarterly/annual goals
• Driving creation, implementation, and reporting of financial, and operating performance metrics to aid in key decision making and driving alignment across BI, Business and Finance teams
• Build out business processes that help business leaders understand progress to goals as well as strategic insights to guide overall direction
• Owning finance communication with the business teams on content performance, financial impact, and risks & opportunities

Basic Qualifications

• 8+ years of finance or a related analytical field experience
• 8+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., statistics, math, computer science)
• 8+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance
