Senior Finance Manager Type 1/4/9 - Job Description

· Oversee the full spectrum of accounting and financial reporting activities including submitting FRR returns

· Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements, including relevant submissions to regulators and ongoing monitoring of financial resources.

· Manage treasury activities, cash flow, banking relationships and payment processes.

· Coordinate audits, tax filings and financial statement preparation with external service providers.

· Prepare management reports, financial analysis and ad hoc reports to support business and strategic decisions.

Requirements

· Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with professional qualifications viewed favourably.

· At least 5 years of relevant accounting experience gained within brokerage firm, asset management, investment management, or other regulated financial institutions.

· Familiarity with regulatory reporting requirements, financial control frameworks and virtual asset within an SFC-regulated environment would be advantageous.

· Prior experience within an SFC Licensed Corporation is highly preferred, with hands-on exposure to FRR monitoring and reporting.

· Strong communication skills in Mandarin and English.

· Self-motivated, detail-oriented and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
