Senior Financial Accountant

THE ROLE
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end month-end and year-end close process, including balance sheet reconciliations, journal processing, intercompany accounting and consolidation. This is a hands-on, high-impact role within a fast-paced, high-growth business - combining strong technical accounting with genuine influence over process, systems and controls as the finance function matures.

RESPONIBILITIES

• Own the end-to-end monthly and annual close process
• Lead group consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and foreign currency treatment
• Manage CAPEX accounting, including capitalisation, WIP, depreciation and disposals
• Maintain balance sheet integrity through robust reconciliation and review
• Support audit activity and contribute to strengthening the control environment
• Partner with commercial and operational teams on accounting outcomes
• Drive process improvement, automation and finance transformation initiatives

REQUIREMENTS

• CA/CPA Qualified with demonstrable experience as a financial accountant.
• Big 4/Mid-Tier Background highly desirable
• Strong technical grounding across balance sheet governance
• Advanced Excel and ERP experience in a multi-entity setting
• Proactive, self start and hands on approach
