Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of established client relationships.
• Develop and present sophisticated financial advice strategies tailored to client needs and goals.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with high-value clients.
• Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and create additional value.
• Work closely with advisers, paraplanners and technical specialists to deliver outstanding outcomes.
• Mentor and support developing advisers within the business.
• Take initiative in identifying opportunities to improve client outcomes and business performance.
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm.
• Play a key role in shaping the future direction of the advice business.

About you

• A minimum of 8 years' experience providing comprehensive financial advice.
• Current FAR registration.
• Relevant qualifications that meet adviser standards.
• A proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and business development capability.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A commitment to delivering outstanding client outcomes and acting in clients' best interests.
• High levels of professionalism, integrity and personal accountability.
• The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team culture.
• A proactive, self-driven approach with the initiative to identify opportunities and achieve results.
