I'm representing a highly regarded, established wealth management business looking to appoint a Senior Financial Planner to join its team in Truro.

A few highlights of the opportunity:

• £98,000 basic salary
  • discretionary bonus of up to 30%.
• Established client bank of around 80 clients, with £35m–£40m AUM and c.£300,000 in ongoing income.
• Hybrid/flexible working .
• A portfolio to inherit from day one , giving you an established recurring income base to build on.
• Supportive local team , including paraplanners, client executives and regional leadership, all based in Truro.

The Package

• Basic salary: £98,000 depending on experience.
• Bonus: Discretionary performance bonus of up to 30%.
• Location: Cornwall.

Who I'm Looking For

Ideally, you'll be a Chartered Financial Planner with a strong background in holistic financial planning and experience supporting HNW clients.

You'll be personable, commercially aware and passionate about delivering excellent client outcomes.
