We're recruiting an experienced Senior Finance Analyst – Financial Control to join a Civil Aerospace Financial Reporting team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a globally recognised engineering organisation, supporting financial reporting, governance, and business performance across a complex and innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate monthly financial reporting, actuals, and performance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Partner with Finance teams to develop robust budgets and forecasts that support strategic business decisions.
• Ensure financial integrity through strong financial controls, governance, and documentation.
• Lead balance sheet reviews, reconciliations, and assurance activities.
• Manage audit requirements and internal reporting deliverables.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting processes and financial controls.

Required Skills & Experience

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Experience in Financial Control, Financial Reporting, FP&A, or a similar finance function.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge with an understanding of financial controls and governance.
• Experience using SAP , HFM , and/or Oracle Hyperion Planning (OHP) .
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to drive process enhancements.
