Senior Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure accuracy in payroll processes, approve calculations after relevant verifications, and reconcile payroll data
• Supervise disbursement of salaries and manage relationships with banking partners as an approver
• Lead audits of financial statements, sales, and operational expenses
• Check and verify the audit report prepared by the team to put up for final review and approval of the management
• Lead cost analysis and pricing strategies for high-value tenders with a target to get the maximum score by the authority
• Oversee resource allocation and ensure efficient management of inventory processes
• Review and finalize management information reports and provide insights for strategic decision-making
• Supervise and review monthly submissions and ensure compliance with UK office requirements
• Provide advanced financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management
• Provide training to team members to act as backups for critical responsibilities
• Supervise and mentor team on payroll processes and resolve escalated issues
