Covermat Co., Ltd. is a growing Thai B2B distribution and solutions company serving Industrial, Electronics, Healthcare and Specialty Materials markets.

Founded in 2014, we work with global suppliers and support both multinational and local customers in Thailand.

As Covermat enters its next stage of growth, we are strengthening our internal finance capability to support better cash planning, profitability, investment and management decision-making.

This role will work closely with the CEO and our Accounting, Sales, Purchasing and Operations teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain 13-week rolling cash flow forecast
• Analyze P&L, Budget vs Actual and Rolling Forecast
• Analyze profitability by customer, product, supplier and business unit
• Identify margin leakage, logistics cost, low MOQ and other hidden costs
• Analyze AR / AP / Inventory and Working Capital
• Monitor bank facilities, TR utilization, interest cost and available financial headroom
• Prepare financial models and scenario analysis for management
• Evaluate ROI, Payback and Break-even for investments and new projects
• Support analysis for banking, refinancing and funding opportunities
• Support CEO on investor, financing and other strategic financial decisions
• Provide clear financial insights and practical recommendations to management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Corporate Finance or related areas
• Strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis
• Analytical with a good commercial mindset
• Able to translate financial data into practical business recommendations
• Good English communication
• Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working in a growing SME environment

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who can help management answer questions such as:

• Where is our cash tied up?
• Which customers are truly profitable?
• What is hurting our margin?
• Which areas consume too much working capital?
• What should we negotiate with customers or suppliers?
• Can we afford the next investment?
• How much financial headroom do we have?
• What is the financial impact of different growth or funding scenarios?

We are not looking for someone who only prepares reports.

Our expectation is:

Data → Insight → Financial Impact → Recommendation
