  • A passion for highly analytical work, with rigorous attention to detail and genuine intellectual curiosity
  • Strong communication skills, able to distill complex financial analysis into crisp, executive-level messaging, both written and verbal
  • Prior experience in SaaS FP&A, equity research, investment banking, management consulting, or a comparable background that builds fluency in both financial and operational metrics
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Preferred: hands-on experience with Pigment, Anaplan, or comparable planning tools; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization platforms
  • Preferred: experience working across time zones and geographies, or meaningful international exposure
  • A genuine interest in automation and AI-enabled ways of working, the team is actively investing in process transformation and values candidates who bring curiosity about what's possible

What the job involves

  • Based in our HQ in Santa Clara, the Senior Financial Analyst will be a key member of the GTM Finance HQ team within the FP&A organization
  • This role sits at the center of Sales Finance, responsible for synthesizing financial and operational intelligence across one of the largest cost bases in the company, spanning a global sales organization that reaches every geography
  • You will have visibility from top-line performance to profitability, working at the intersection of financial planning, operational analysis, and executive communication
  • Contribute to the financial planning process, including annual operating plan development, budgeting, and quarterly forecasting across Sales headcount and Opex
  • Connect the dots across a complex organization and a multi-source P&L - acting as the financial hub between regional teams, Accounting, and Procurement, and translating that complexity into a clean picture senior leadership can act on
  • Develop executive-ready financial analysis and commentary, communicating key insights and risks to senior GTM Finance leadership and Sales Leadership - this team's outputs reach the highest levels of the organization
  • Build and maintain performance metrics and reporting frameworks that enable the Sales organization to manage its business with greater clarity and precision
  • Identify and drive process improvement initiatives, including automation and tool-enabled workflows, to improve forecast accuracy and reduce planning cycle time
  • To effectively drive change and solve complex business problems, we have high standards of execution. Beyond thriving in a fast-paced, high-ambiguity environment, we require someone who can:
  • Convert ambiguous, senior stakeholder requests into polished, high-quality deliverables with minimal direction
  • Synthesize large, multi-source datasets into clear business narratives, developing metrics and KPIs that inform decision-making at the GTM leadership level
  • Navigate cross-functional relationships, across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Sales Operations, to drive alignment without formal authority
  • Bring creative problem-solving to big-picture challenges, finding non-obvious angles on complex financial questions, while maintaining the precision and rigor the numbers require

Benefits

  • Generous family leave
  • Matched donations
  • Annual learning stipends
  • Flexible PTO
  • Competitive retirement plan
  • Paid volunteer time
