Senior Financial Analyst

Position: Senior Financial Analyst

Compensation: $110,000 - $115,000 annually, depending on experience

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Support sales and commercial activities with a focus on growth
• Evaluate quotes, pricing actions, and opportunities through financial analysis
• Analyze bookings, shipments, and margin trends for insights
• Monitor commercial performance indicators and improve reporting
• Partner with leadership on pricing and sales initiatives
• Support forecasting, planning, and reforecasting processes
• Prepare variance analyses and concise narratives
• Work cross-functionally to align commercial assumptions
• Improve reporting consistency and quality
• Assist with ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business
• 4-6+ years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance roles
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Proficiency with Excel and financial reporting tools
• Experience with large datasets and business insights

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Experience in manufacturing or operationally complex environments
• Support for pricing, quoting, and margin analysis
• Experience with ERP, BI, CRM, SAP, or Adaptive tools
• Exposure to project-based or make-to-order environments
