Senior Financial Analyst

What you will do

• Review and consolidate the Company's various production trial balances into the Company's ERP general ledger (SAP), ensuring correct application of accounting policies and accuracy of production bank reconciliations
• Monitor and reconcile content asset related transactions across the production lifecycle, including development, greenlight, in production and completion
• Maintain and update the Content Asset reconciliations, including title-level reclasses and roll-forward schedules.
• Prepare and record production tax incentives receipts and related general ledger transactions in accordance with accounting policies
• Perform balance sheet account reconciliations and identify variances for further investigation and resolution
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly financial statement footnotes and disclosures, as required
• Provide support during year-end audits and respond to ad hoc requests, as required
• Assist in the identification and implementation of process and system improvements
• Collaborate with FP&A, Production Finance, and Treasury teams on various accounting initiatives

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field
• Strong understanding of A/P processes, vendor management, and best practices
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP S4/HANA preferred
• Experience working at a global company is strongly preferred; entertainment or production industry background is a plus
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively and professionally interact with internal and external stakeholders
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and vendor information
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
