  • Challenge assumptions, investigate root causes, and develop solutions to complex business problems.
  • Enhance financial models, reporting, and planning processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain scenario-based long-range plans to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build dashboards and reporting solutions that provide meaningful visibility into business performance.
  • Leverage technology, automation, and analytics to improve how Finance operates.
  • Lead or contribute to projects from concept through execution.

What Makes This Role Exciting

  • High Visibility: Partner with SVPs, EVPs, and enterprise leaders.
  • Real Impact: Your analysis will directly influence business decisions and strategy.
  • Problem Solving: Tackle complex challenges and turn insights into solutions.
  • Innovation: Challenge the status quo and find better ways to work.
  • Growth: Expand your financial, business, technology, and leadership capabilities.
  • Ownership: Bring your ideas forward and see them become reality.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance, or related discipline.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to understand the “why” behind the numbers.
  • Ability to connect financial results to business drivers and broader trends.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present to senior leaders and non-financial audiences.
  • Ability to challenge assumptions and provide fact-based recommendations.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to take ownership from idea through execution.
  • Advanced Excel skills; Oracle EPM experience preferred and Essbase a plus.
  • A continuous-improvement mindset with an interest in technology, automation, and data.

The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is more than a strong financial analyst. They are a business thinker and problem solver. They are curious, ask thoughtful questions, connect the dots, challenge conventional thinking, and turn analysis into action.

Bring your curiosity. Bring your ideas. Make an impact.
