We are seeking an hands on FP&A Consultant to provide interim coverage during a leave of absence. This is an individual contributor role reporting with a primary focus on operating expense (OPEX) modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and support for the budget process.

The ideal candidate has strong financial modeling and Excel skills, a solid finance and accounting foundation, and the ability to quickly step into a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze historical and current financial performance, preparing financial projections, accruals, reports, and operational analyses.
• Support monthly close activities and prepare monthly reporting packages, including detailed OPEX variance analysis.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models and reporting tools using Excel.
• Support the finalization of the 2027 operating expense budget.
• Prepare financial presentations and reporting materials for senior leadership.
• Support revenue and margin reporting and analysis as needed, depending on workload and experience.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in FP&A, financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Hands-on OPEX modeling and forecasting experience required.
• Advanced Excel skills and the ability to build, maintain, and improve complex financial models.
• Strong finance and accounting knowledge, with experience analyzing financial results and explaining variances.
• Manufacturing industry experience highly preferred.
• Revenue and margin modeling or forecasting experience is a plus.
