Our client is a large publicly traded company in the Atlanta area seeking a Senior Financial Reporting Analyst.

This opportunity is specifically geared toward an early-career public accountant who wants to transition into a corporate environment and develop deeper experience in SEC reporting, technical accounting, and external financial reporting .

Requirements:

• Public accounting experience REQUIRED
• 2-5 years of experience; 2-3 years ideal
• Big 4 strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• CPA or all four CPA exam sections completed
• Public-company audit experience
• 10-K / 10-Q exposure
• Strong GAAP and SOX knowledge
• Excellent communication skills

Direct SEC preparation experience is not required .
