Senior Financial Systems Analyst

We a partnered with a large, global professional services firm is hiring a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to support, administer, and modernize its enterprise financial applications. This senior technical role works closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT. It blends application support, integrations, project work, and process improvement, and it gives you a real voice in financial systems strategy. The role is primarily remote, with occasional onsite meetings at a local office.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and support enterprise financial systems as a Level III application resource
• Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate break/fixes and patches
• Maintain financial system architecture, application roadmaps, and inventory
• Manage system enhancements, upgrades, and vendor-supported implementations
• Develop integrations between applications and business processes
• Create and maintain Business Requirements Documents
• Support monthly close and financial reporting processes
• Monitor system performance and reporting
• Identify process improvements and drive automation
• Contribute to financial systems modernization and evaluate Enterprise Performance Management technologies

What You Bring

• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise financial applications
• 7+ years of SQL Server experience with strong T-SQL skills (stored procedures, views, troubleshooting, data integrations)
• Understanding of multi-tier application architecture
• Experience with requirements gathering, change management, implementation support, and vendor management
• Experience supporting accounting, ERP, billing, or finance platforms
• Legal financial management systems (e.g., Elite 3E or Elite Enterprise)
• Intapp, Concur, ServiceNow, or EPM platform experience a plus
• Law firm or professional services background preferred
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong communication skills; self-directed, organized, and detail-oriented

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary $140,000–$180,000 - Ranges vary by location and run higher in other markets. Performance-based bonus eligible.
