Senior Financial Systems Analyst

A publicly traded technology and advanced manufacturing company is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst to join its Corporate FP&A team. This is a high-impact role supporting a major ERP and financial planning systems transformation, serving as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and Accounting. The position can be very remote for candidates located in New England, with an expectation of coming into the office for meetings and training approximately 1–2 times per month.

$120,000–$175,000 base + 6% profit-sharing bonus Job Description

• Serve as a system administrator and configuration owner for the company’s Oracle EPM planning environment, including EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Services)
• Manage forecast workflows, scenarios, assumptions, allocations, and workforce planning across FP&A
• Translate Finance business requirements into system configurations and partner closely with IT and Accounting
• Support UAT, testing, system migration, and go-live activities as part of a global Oracle ERP implementation
• Govern data quality, system integrity, audit trails, and SOX controls across financial planning systems

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial systems, or a hybrid Finance/Systems role
• Strong hands-on Oracle EPM experience, specifically the Planning/EPBCS module
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes, including forecasting, close cycles, allocations, and workforce planning
• Experience translating business requirements into financial system configuration
• UAT, system migration, or go-live experience within a Finance or IT environment strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
