Our client is seeking a Senior Financial Systems Analyst / EPM Administrator to own the day-to-day administration and operational support of its Oracle EPM environment. This is a finance-facing systems role, not a development or build position. You'll be the go-to resource for Finance users, supporting month-end close, reporting, and reconciliations, while also contributing to major upcoming initiatives, including a Plan to Perform budgeting and forecasting transformation.

The ideal candidate has owned and administered Oracle EPM applications in a production environment and understands the accounting and Finance processes behind the technology.

Key Responsibilities

• EPM Administration & Support: Provide day-to-day administration and operational support across ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, and Smart View.
• Finance User Support: Partner directly with Finance users to troubleshoot system issues, support reporting, set up reconciliations, and support month-end close and financial processes.
• Testing & Maintenance: Perform patch testing, validate data files, and maintain the stability of ERP/GL integrations and reconciliations.
• Project & Transformation Support: Support upcoming initiatives, including customer billing/ARCS, inventory/supply chain, and the Plan to Perform budgeting and forecasting transformation, across discovery, future-state design, implementation, and ongoing support.

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience administering Oracle EPM Cloud applications in a production environment
• Working experience with several of the following: ARCS, FCCS, EDMCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, Smart View
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and the month-end close process
• Experience supporting ERP/GL integrations and reconciliations
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills, with the ability to work directly with Finance stakeholders
• Ability to work onsite in the St. Louis area 3 days per week

Preferred Qualifications

• Utilities industry experience
• Accounting or controllership background
• SEC/public-company reporting and experience working with auditors
• Managed services or systems support experience
• Long-term ownership of financial systems
• Exposure to budgeting, planning, or forecasting transformation projects
