If you’ve learned how to command a table, sell an exceptional bottle, and make demanding guests feel completely at ease. Now you may be ready for a dining room where those skills are more personal—and where you can help define what great service looks like.

King William Wine Co. is an intimate, European-inspired restaurant in San Antonio’s historic King William District. We pair seasonal cooking with a serious wine program, Champagne, caviar, and the kind of hospitality that brings guests back by name. Our restaurant has been recognized among San Antonio’s best new restaurants and named to the Express-News Top 50 Restaurants of 2026.

We’re looking for a seasoned server to become a key part of our small dining room team.

Here, you’ll have room to do more than move through a section. You’ll guide guests toward wines they’ll remember, introduce them to new experiences, and build relationships with members and regulars. You’ll work directly with the chef and owners as we develop menus, wine dinners, private experiences, and the next chapter of the business.

We serve dinner Thursday through Sunday and host select member and private events on other days.

You should bring substantial upscale dining experience, confident wine sales, excellent timing, and the ability to lead a table with warmth and authority. Experience at a top steakhouse or fine dining restaurant would translate well here. You don’t need to know every bottle on our list on day one, but you should be excited to learn it and eager to share what you know.

Pay: $25.19 - $30.33 per hour
