• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in network security, with a focus on firewall technologies, configuration, and management.

• Proven experience with managing and configuring enterprise-level firewalls, including next-generation firewalls (NGFW), VPN solutions, and high availability architectures.

• Strong experience with firewall products such as Palo Alto Networks, Cisco ASA, Fortinet FortiGate, Check Point, Juniper SRX, or similar technologies.

• Experience with firewall rule optimization, traffic analysis, and log management to identify threats or security incidents.

• Technical Skills:

• Expertise in firewall technologies, network protocols, and security concepts (e.g., IPsec, SSL, TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, NAT, DNS).

• Knowledge of advanced network security practices, including threat detection, vulnerability management, and intrusion prevention.

• Familiarity with security monitoring tools (e.g., SIEM, intrusion detection/prevention systems).

• Strong understanding of VPNs, network segmentation, load balancing, and high availability configurations.

• Proficiency with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, PowerShell) for firewall automation and management.

Performance Metrics:
