(Senior) Fleet Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a diligent and proactive Fleet Operations Coordinator to ensure the seamless daily operation of our driver and vehicle fleet. You will be the central point for driver relations and vehicle management, playing a critical role in maintaining compliance, optimising efficiency and upholding our service quality standards.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspection and accident/insurance coordination.
• Manage driver recruitment, onboarding, contracts and compliance documentation.
• Maintain and analyse fleet operational data to generate performance reports.
• Serve as the primary support contact for driver inquiries and daily operations.
• Ensure all activities adhere to transportation regulations and company policies.
• Optimise fleet efficiency and service quality through continuous process improvement.
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Who You Are

• Diploma or above, hold a driving license
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience is an advantage
• Good communication skill
• Basic IT skills and able to manage and organise large amounts of data
• Excellent organisation, planning and communication skills
• Proficient in Chinese and English typing
• Able to use Microsoft Office, and computer software with basic computer knowledge
• Hard-working, Careful, Active, Responsible, able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced work environment
