Senior Flight Operations Advisor

Experienced Advisor-Consultant Flight Operations

Nobox and SG Aviation Services are inviting applications for a Flight Operations Advisory/Consultancy opportunity with one of our established private jet operators in the Asian market.

This opportunity is suited to an experienced aviation professional with a strong background in business aviation, flight operations management, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will have experience delivering similar projects with a business aviation environment from evaluation of systems and processes, report findings and working with a local team in a mentoring capacity for the implementation of any recommendations.

This role will require the candidate to have flexibility to work onsite with our customer for extended periods of time.

Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 15 years in aviation, including at least 5 years in senior flight operations management (Director of Flight Operations, Chief Pilot, Head of OCC, post holder) at a business/VIP aircraft operator holding an AOC (EASA, FAA Part 135 or equivalent).
• Holds or has held an ATPL or has at least 10 years of operations control management experience (OCC, dispatch).
• Thorough knowledge of ICAO regulations; understanding of OM, MEL, FTL, dispatch procedures and long-range international operations.
• Experience developing/assessing operations documents, operations control procedures and pilot training programmes; has led implementation of post-assessment recommendations; experience mentoring management teams.
• Fluent English; no record of penalties or licence revocation; no involvement in aviation accidents or incidents.
• Previous experience within the Asia region would be desirable
