SENIOR FLORIST

About the role

This is a Senior Florist position based in the Tai Seng / Bartley Area, Singapore. You will be responsible for creating new floral product designs, overseeing inventory and orders, mentoring junior florists, and managing on-site floral setup and maintenance for weddings and events.

Key responsibilities

• Create new floral product designs and launches

• Conceptualise floral designs for weddings, events and styled setups

• Prepare arrangements according to brand standards and client requirements

• Oversee weekly floral inventory and purchases

• Mentor junior florists in fulfilling daily orders

• Coordinate with operations to ensure orders are prepared and delivered on time

• Assist with on-site floral setup and installation for weddings and events

• Conduct floral maintenance at hotels or contracted venues when required

• Handle larger floral designs that require on-site assembly

About you

• Minimum 2 years of floristry experience
• Experience in weddings and events preferred
• Strong sense of floral design, colour coordination and styling
• Able to lead and guide junior florists when required
• Responsible, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to commit to weekends
