Senior Flutter Developer

Requirements for the candidate

• 58 years of mobile/native application engineering experience.
• Hands-on Flutter experience is required — this is the primary skill we're sourcing against. The client's actual target on-device UI framework is Avalonia (a .NET-native cross-platform UI framework), which they're pairing with Flutter concepts for this build. Avalonia talent is scarce in the market, so candidates should be evaluated on strong Flutter fundamentals plus genuine willingness/aptitude to pick up Avalonia quickly — prior Avalonia exposure is a strong plus but not a hard requirement.
• Solid .NET experience for the business-logic layer underneath the UI.
• Experience building software for constrained or embedded hardware (low-cost, client-owned devices).
• Comfort working across Windows, Linux, and Android as target platforms (not iOS — this platform is not in scope).

Nice to have*:* prior POS, kiosk, or embedded-device software experience; any direct Avalonia project experience.
