About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Flutter Developer with 5–7 years of relevant experience in building and maintaining cross-platform applications for iOS, Android, and web. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, API integration, state management, and application performance, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with distributed teams.

Key Responsibilities
● Design, develop, test, and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart.
● Build and enhance mobile applications for iOS and Android, with experience supporting Flutter web applications.
● Implement application architecture, reusable components, and maintainable code structures.
● Manage application state using MobX, Provider, or comparable state management solutions.
● Integrate REST APIs using Dio or similar networking libraries.
● Implement authentication and third-party integrations, including Firebase services and payment gateways.
● Work with routing, deep linking, push notifications, document viewing, and electronic-signature functionality as required.
● Monitor application performance, troubleshoot defects, and improve reliability using tools such as Sentry and Firebase Crashlytics.
● Write unit and widget tests, participate in code reviews, and follow established coding standards.
● Collaborate with backend developers, QA engineers, product stakeholders, and team members.
● Support application builds, releases, and deployment workflows for mobile and web platforms.
● Communicate progress, technical challenges, dependencies, and risks clearly to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:
● 6–7 years of relevant software development experience, with strong hands-on expertise in Flutter and Dart.
● Experience developing and maintaining production-ready iOS and Android applications. ● Experience building or maintaining Flutter web applications.
● Strong understanding of state management, preferably MobX and Provider.
● Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs using Dio or similar libraries.
● Familiarity with Firebase Authentication, Firebase Cloud Messaging, and other Firebase services.
● Experience with application navigation, responsive UI development, debugging, and performance optimization.
● Knowledge of automated testing, version control using Git, and collaborative development workflows.
● Familiarity with mobile application build and release processes for the Apple App Store and Google Play.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and collaborate across time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience integrating payment gateways such as Stripe.
● Familiarity with deep linking, analytics, crash reporting, and application monitoring tools. ● Experience with document viewing, file uploads, and electronic-signature integrations.
● Exposure to CircleCI or similar CI/CD tools and Firebase Hosting.
● Experience working with REST APIs secured through token-based authentication.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
