About us

Avy is transforming the housing experience by enabling property companies to provide a modern, seamless service for their residents. Our platform helps reduce operational costs, create new revenue streams, and enhance tenant satisfaction - all through an intuitive digital experience.

As the leading Tenant Experience platform in the Nordics, we reach more than 500,000 households - approximately 20% of all tenants in Sweden. Our mission is to push boundaries and redefine what it means to live in a rental home - making it more sustainable, seamless, and secure.
