What You'll Do

• Manage and maintain Food Safety Management Systems, including ISO 22000, MeSTI, Halal, and other relevant certifications.
• Coordinate certification renewals, regulatory submissions, audits, and documentation with authorities and certification bodies.
• Ensure compliance with local and international food regulations, customer requirements, and export standards.
• Prepare product specifications, ingredient declarations, labels, export documentation, and other technical documents.
• Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, Sales, and customers to support product development, production, and export activities.
• Support production troubleshooting, process improvements, and continuous quality enhancement initiatives.
• Participate in internal and external audits, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and maintain proper documentation.
• Prepare reports and perform other food technology and regulatory-related duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

✔ Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.

✔ 2–3 years of experience in Food Technology, Quality Assurance, or a related field is preferred.

✔ Knowledge of ISO 22000, MeSTI, Halal, GMP/HACCP.

✔ Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Able to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

✔ A proactive team player who enjoys collaborating with cross-functional departments.
