Senior Forecasting Analys

Role Description This part-time hybrid role as a Senior Forecasting Analyst at تحدث العربية is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with the flexibility to work both on-site and from home. The Senior Forecasting Analyst will develop and maintain forecasting models, analyze historical data and market trends, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational planning. The role involves preparing regular forecasting reports and dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers, and recommending adjustments based on changing conditions. The analyst will validate forecast accuracy, identify variances, and continuously improve methodologies and processes. The role also includes supporting senior leadership with scenario analysis, risk assessments, and ad hoc analytical requests.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including expertise in statistical modeling, forecasting techniques, and data analysis.
• Proficiency with data and reporting tools (such as Excel, SQL, BI platforms, or statistical software) and experience building dashboards and visualizations.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data, identify patterns and trends, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Effective communication skills, including the ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Solid organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a part-time, hybrid work environment.
• Experience in forecasting, business analytics, finance, or related fields; prior experience in the Middle East region is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Data Science, or a related discipline; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Professional fluency in English; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
