Essential Requirements

• Minimum 8 years' relevant experience for Senior Foreman or 5 years' relevant experience for Foreman in building construction projects.

• Solid experience in structural works, architectural finishes, underground utilities, drainage and external works.

• Extensive knowledge of building construction works, construction methodologies, construction sequencing, trade coordination and site operations.

• Good understanding of construction procedures, quality requirements and working methods for various trades.

• Holder of a valid Safety Supervisor Certificate (43-hour Safety Supervisor Course Certificate) is mandatory.

• Holder of TCP T1 qualification.

• Strong safety mindset with proven experience in implementing site safety requirements, hazard identification, risk assessment and supervision of safe working practices.

• Experience in supervising subcontractors, monitoring site progress, workforce allocation, quality control and safety performance.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, method statements and technical requirements.

• Good technical knowledge and practical experience in building construction works.

• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, proactive, self-motivated, hardworking and able to work independently under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Holder of TCP T3 qualification.

• Experience in MiC installation, surveying control, alignment and tolerance management.

• Experience in supervising large-scale building projects.

• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications, e-mail communication and site management systems.

• Familiarity with electronic document management, digital site records and construction management software.

• Immediate availability is preferred.

必備條件

• 高級管工須具備不少於 8 年相關經驗；管工須具備不少於 5 年樓宇建造工程相關經驗。

• 必須具備結構工程、建築裝修工程、地下管線、公用設施、排水及室外工程之豐富施工經驗。

• 具備全面的樓宇建造知識，熟悉施工方法、施工程序、工序銜接、多工種協調及地盤運作管理。

• 熟悉各工種的施工流程、品質要求及施工技術。

• 必須持有有效安全督導員證書（43小時安全督導員課程證書）。

• 必須持有 TCP T1 資格。

• 具備良好的安全意識，並具備推行工地安全要求、危害識別、風險評估及安全作業監督經驗。

• 具備分判商管理、工程進度監控、人手調配、品質監控及安全管理經驗。

• 能閱讀及理解施工圖則、工程規格、施工方案及技術文件。

• 具備扎實的樓宇建造技術知識及實務施工經驗。

• 具備良好的領導、溝通及人際關係技巧。

• 工作積極主動、勤奮盡責、具責任感，並能獨立處理工作及承受工作壓力。

優先考慮條件

• 持有 TCP T3 資格。

• 具備 MiC（組裝合成建築法）安裝、測量控制、定位校準及施工容差管理經驗。

• 具大型樓宇建造項目管理及監督經驗。

• 具備基本電腦操作知識，包括 Microsoft Office、電郵及地盤管理系統應用。

• 熟悉電子文件管理、數碼化地盤紀錄及工程管理軟件。
