About the Role

As a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer , you will work directly with enterprise customers to implement AI-powered voice solutions in production environments. This is a highly cross-functional role that combines software engineering, customer engagement, solution architecture, and product feedback.

You'll partner closely with both technical and business stakeholders, helping customers deploy scalable AI systems while influencing product direction through insights gathered in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end deployment of AI-powered voice solutions, from initial prototypes through production rollout.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on conversational AI and LLM-based systems, including prompt engineering best practices.
• Build full-stack integrations using technologies such as Python and JavaScript, connecting AI solutions with CRM, ERP, scheduling, and other enterprise platforms.
• Work directly with customers to gather requirements, develop proof-of-concepts, and present technical solutions.
• Manage project scope, identify and remove blockers, and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Create reusable tools, frameworks, and implementation patterns that improve scalability across customer deployments.
• Collaborate with product and go-to-market teams to translate customer feedback into platform improvements.

Ideal Background

• 2+ years in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Technical Product Management, Customer Success Engineering, Support Engineering, or startup founding experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Experience delivering software solutions in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Hands-on coding experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar programming languages.
• Familiarity with LLMs, generative AI applications, and conversational AI systems.
• Strong project ownership mindset with the ability to proactively manage risks and drive execution.
