Senior Forward Deployed Solutions Engineer – Enterprise AI & Manufacturing

The role:

We’re looking for a senior, customer-facing engineer who can bridge enterprise AI, solution architecture, data modeling, and manufacturing operations .

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, understanding complex business problems, and turning those requirements into real, deployed solutions.

What you’ll do:

• Own technical workstreams from discovery through deployment
• Partner directly with customer stakeholders across engineering, operations, sourcing, and supply chain
• Translate business needs around cost, sourcing, product readiness, and operations into scalable application logic
• Design solutions using knowledge graphs, ontology models, semantic models, or enterprise data models
• Integrate with enterprise platforms such as SAP, Teamcenter, ERP, and PLM systems
• Define solution architecture and drive implementation across complex manufacturing environments
• Work closely with engineering and product teams to deliver production-ready solutions

What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years in Forward Deployed Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Solution Architecture, Customer Engineering, or similar roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Knowledge Graphs, Ontology Design, Semantic Modeling, or Enterprise Data Modeling
• Experience integrating with SAP, Teamcenter, ERP, or PLM platforms
• Strong background in manufacturing, supply chain, sourcing, procurement, or industrial environments
• Ability to lead technical discussions directly with enterprise customers
• Strong solution architecture and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• Experience from enterprise AI, industrial software, data platforms, or manufacturing technology companies is especially relevant.
