Senior FP&A Analyst

We’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join an established financial services organisation in a key role supporting financial planning, forecasting and strategic decision-making.

Working closely with stakeholders across Finance and the wider business, you’ll turn complex financial and commercial data into meaningful insights, helping drive business performance, improve forecasting and support long-term growth.

What you’ll be doing:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and medium-term financial planning.
• Build financial models and deliver scenario, sensitivity and stress-testing analysis.
• Analyse financial performance, KPIs and variances against budget and forecast.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to inform commercial and strategic decisions.
• Support cash-flow forecasting and senior-level financial reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial models, reporting, processes and analytical capabilities.

What we’re looking for:

• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting or financial analysis.
• Strong Excel skills, financial modelling experience and confidence working with large datasets.
• A solid understanding of financial statements, balance sheets and key financial performance measures.
• Experience producing management information and communicating financial insights.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to turn data into actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at senior levels.
• A proactive, organised approach, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Part-qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent is desirable, alongside a degree or relevant professional experience.
