Senior FP&A

Job Responsibilities:

Management Reporting & Analysis

• Independently prepare and generate management reports based on management and

business requirements.

• Ensure reports are accurate, timely, and tailored to support management decision-making.

• Perform detailed variance analysis on revenue, gross profit, operational costs, and

profitability.

• Monitor business performance trends and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Analyze merchant fees, FX gain/loss, operational KPIs, and business performance drivers.

Financial Planning & Business Support

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

• Conduct business and unit economics analysis to evaluate profitability and operational

efficiency.

• Assist management in strategic planning and business performance evaluation.

• Prepare presentation materials and financial summaries for leadership review.

Data Validation & Reconciliation

• Validate financial and operational data accuracy across different data sources.

• Investigate discrepancies, abnormal movements, and unreconciled balances.

• Work closely with stakeholders to obtain clarification and ensure reporting completeness.

• Handle messy or incomplete datasets and improve reporting reliability.

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate closely with Accounting, Operations, Marketing, Commercial, and

Management teams.

• Understand reporting expectations and convert business requirements into meaningful

reports and analysis.

• Communicate financial findings clearly and effectively to both finance and non-finance

stakeholders.

• Follow up proactively on outstanding issues and reporting action items.

Process Improvement

• Continuously improve reporting structures, templates, and analysis frameworks.

• Support automation and enhancement of reporting processes.

• Improve reporting efficiency, standardization, and scalability.

• Experience in unit economics and operational KPI analysis.

• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or SQL.

• Strong business partnering and commercial analysis experience.

• Experience in fintech, gaming/iGaming, e-commerce, technology, or fast-paced industries is

preferred.

Technical Skills

• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in FP&A, finance analysis, management reporting, or

commercial finance.

• Experience in multi-entity or regional reporting.

• Strong understanding of financial statements, P&L, and management reporting.

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills.

• Strong analytical, reconciliation, and reporting skills.

• Experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.

Soft Skills

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Able to manage tight deadlines and multiple priorities.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
