Senior FP&A

Looking for an experienced FP&A professional covering multiple markets across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly consolidated management reporting, P&L analysis and performance review presentations for APAC
• Present financial performance
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting and Long-Term Planning
• Business Partner with Country Managers and Business Development, Project Management and Asset Management teams on project controlling and variance analysis
• Manage finance-related discussions and clarifications
• Work closely with Accounting on statutory/management reporting reconciliation and cost analysis
• Perform financial modelling and ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and projects
• Drive improvements in financial reporting, data collection and processes
• Support planning and reporting through Anaplan
• Act as Finance Super User for ERP systems and support system upgrades/implementations

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or professional qualification such as ACCA/CPA
• Minimum 6 years' relevant FP&A, management reporting and business partnering experience, preferably at regional/group level within an MNC
• Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, performance analysis and stakeholder management
• Exposure working in Big 4 experience is a strong advantage
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong analytical, communication and business-partnering capabilities
• Microsoft Business Central experience is advantageous
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple APAC countries
