Budget Planning & Financial Forecasting Annual budgeting process and periodic financial forecasts in collaboration with business units and functional departments. Develop driver-based financial models covering revenue, operating expenses, gross profit, and profitability.Monitor business performance against financial targets and update forecasts based on business trends and operational changes. 2. Financial Performance Analysis Monitor actual financial results against budget, forecast, and prior-year performance, identifying key variances and their root causes.Analyze revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and profitability by business unit, product, customer, or project, as applicable.Provide actionable recommendations to improve financial performance and achieve business targets. 3. Monthly Financial Reporting & Management Review Prepare monthly management reports, financial performance summaries, and variance analysis for management and regional/global headquarters.Consolidate financial data from relevant departments and ensure the accuracy and consistency of reported figures.Present key financial results, business trends, risks, and opportunities to management to support timely decision-making. 4. Cost Control & Expenditure Management Monitor operating expenses (OPEX), capital expenditures (CAPEX), and departmental spending against approved budgets.Review expenditure trends, investigate significant variances, and identify cost-saving and efficiency improvement opportunities.Support period-end cost accruals, expense settlements, and budget adjustments in coordination with Accounting and relevant business teams. 5. Business Partnering & Strategic Decision Support Partner with Sales, Operations, and other functional teams to evaluate business performance and financial implications.Translate complex financial data into actionable insights and recommendations for senior management.Support business planning, profitability improvement initiatives, investment evaluations, and ad hoc financial analyses. 주요 확인 사항 - Univ.
