We're Hiring: Senior Front Office Executive / Front Office Supervisor | Chennai

We're looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Front Office Executive / Front Office Supervisor to join a reputed hotel.

Must have:

• 3+ years of experience in Hotel Front Office Operations
• Hotel / Hospitality industry experience is mandatory
• Experience as Senior Front Office Executive, Front Office Supervisor, or similar role
• OPERA software knowledge preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong guest-handling and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day front office operations
• Handle guest check-in/check-out, reservations, room allocations and billing
• Address guest queries and complaints professionally
• Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B and other hotel departments
• Maintain front office records and documentation
• Supervise and support junior front office team members
• Ensure adherence to hotel policies and service standards
