SENIOR FRONTEND – ANGULAR

Location: Ho Chi Minh City

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize complex web applications using Angular .
• Design scalable, maintainable, and reusable Frontend structures.
• Analyze requirements, clarify business flows, and proactively propose appropriate technical solutions.
• Build reusable components, shared libraries, and common development standards across the project.
• Integrate RESTful APIs/WebSockets and handle complex data flows.
• Optimize application performance, security, browser compatibility, and user experience.
• Conduct code reviews, maintain code quality, and support the technical development of other team members.
• Collaborate directly with Backend Developers, BA/PO, QC, and other stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Apply AI to coding, debugging, refactoring, testing, and solution analysis to improve development speed and quality.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of Frontend development experience , with 3–5 recent years working extensively and continuously with Angular .
• Strong proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, RxJS, HTML5, and CSS3/SCSS.
• Proven experience building Frontend Architecture from scratch for a large-scale product or system.
• Experience in complex, logic-intensive domains such as ERP, finance, insurance, healthcare, e-commerce, or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of Angular Architecture, state management, SOLID, Clean Code, Design Patterns, and unit testing.
• Hands-on experience optimizing performance, bundle size, rendering, change detection, and complex data flows.
• Strong logical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to clarify incomplete or unreasonable requirements.
• Ability to conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and clearly present and defend technical solutions.
• Proficient in using AI tools, with the ability to review, validate, and improve AI-generated code and technical solutions.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience as a Frontend Lead or Frontend Architect.
• Experience with Micro Frontends, Module Federation, Monorepo/Nx, or Design Systems.
• Experience working on enterprise products or international projects.
