Senior Frontend Developer

Role Description This full-time, on-site Senior Frontend Developer role is based in Tuzla and focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing web applications. The Senior Frontend Developer will implement responsive interfaces, optimize performance, and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role includes collaborating with designers, backend developers, and product stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality, maintainable code. The Senior Frontend Developer will review code, mentor team members, contribute to technical decisions, and uphold best practices in accessibility, security, and usability. The position also involves troubleshooting frontend issues, refining user experience based on feedback and analytics, and supporting continuous integration and deployment processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Front-End Development and Responsive Web Design skills, with experience building modern, scalable user interfaces using contemporary frameworks and libraries.
• Solid Web Development knowledge, including core web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript Also PHP) and tooling for building and optimizing web applications. İf the candidates know the laravel library , it will be advantage for him.
• Experience in Software Development practices, such as version control, testing, debugging, and collaborative development workflows.
• Familiarity with Back-End Web Development concepts to effectively integrate frontend components with APIs and services.
• Proven experience in a senior or lead frontend role, including code review, mentoring, and technical guidance.
• Understanding of accessibility standards, performance optimization, and secure coding principles for web applications.
• Ability to work on-site in Tuzla, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in a professional environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
