Senior Frontend Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Frontend Developer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in developing modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React.js and Tailwind CSS, with proven experience in building user-facing modules, interactive dashboards, and scalable frontend solutions.

Arabic-speaking proficiency is mandatory for this position. Candidates must be available to work onsite and should preferably have a notice period of less than 30 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using React.js and Tailwind CSS.
• Build and enhance interactive dashboards, reusable UI components, and frontend modules for existing platforms.
• Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services to ensure seamless data exchange and reliable application functionality.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes into functional interfaces.
• Ensure technical feasibility, responsiveness, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility across different devices and platforms.
• Optimize frontend applications for speed, scalability, maintainability, and overall performance.
• Write clean, reusable, well-structured, and maintainable code following frontend development best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend issues to ensure smooth platform operations.
• Work closely with backend developers, QA engineers, and project stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain code quality.
• Ensure consistency in UI design, functionality, and user experience across all platform modules.
• Support ongoing enhancements, feature development, and maintenance of existing applications.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in frontend development.
• Demonstrated experience building and maintaining production-ready applications using React.js.
• Strong practical experience with Tailwind CSS and modern frontend development workflows.
• Proven experience integrating backend APIs into user-facing applications.
• Experience working with UI/UX design teams and implementing design specifications accurately.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, accessibility, and performance optimization.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Arabic-speaking proficiency is mandatory.

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
