Senior Frontend Engineer, Ads Creative

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer, Ads Creative to join the team of a leader in the Media space.

This role will focus on building polished, high-performance advertiser experiences that help translate advanced AI capabilities into intuitive product interfaces. You will partner closely with product and design to shape frontend solutions that support campaign creation and improve the overall advertising workflow. The position will also influence frontend architecture, quality, and experimentation to drive better user experiences and stronger product outcomes.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $190,800 – $267,100 annually

Responsibilities

• Own the design and delivery of complex frontend features for the company's advertising platform
• Translate AI capabilities into user-friendly interfaces for advertisers
• Collaborate with product and design teams to clarify requirements and trade-offs
• Create reusable frontend components to enhance campaign creation experiences
• Use experiments and data to inform product iterations and enhancements
• Improve code quality through architecture, tests, and observability measures
• Provide mentorship through code reviews and technical guidance

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in production web applications using JavaScript, TypeScript, and React
• Comfort using agentic coding tools like Codex or Cursor
• Proven ability to independently deliver complex frontend projects from design to launch
• Strong judgment in frontend architecture and usability
• Track record of building polished user interfaces with a focus on performance and accessibility
• Ability to navigate ambiguous product situations effectively
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
