Senior Frontend Engineer / Architect — Healthcare SaaS Dashboard Modernization

About the project

We're modernizing the UI/UX of our clinical dashboard — the primary interface healthcare providers use every day. We're looking for a senior frontend engineer to help lead the redesign and front-end architecture of this work, partnering closely with our product, design, and backend teams.

What you'll do

- Lead the front-end architecture and component strategy for the dashboard overhaul

- Turn clinical workflows and design concepts into a clean, accessible, performant UI

- Collaborate with design and backend on API contracts and data flows

- Establish patterns and standards our in-house team can maintain long-term

Our stack

Next.js, Tailwind CSS, React.js. Experience with Next v16 and Tailwind CSS v3 is a plus. Familiarity with healthcare data and compliance considerations (e.g. HIPAA) is helpful but not required.

What we're looking for

- Senior-level frontend experience, ideally leading redesigns or architecture on complex web apps

- A strong eye for UX, accessibility (WCAG), and performance

- A portfolio or examples of dashboard / data-heavy interfaces you've shipped

How we evaluate

1. Portfolio / work review: Share relevant past work — case studies, code samples, or live products.

2. Have a full test whether frontend is working correctly after new design was applied

Compensation & terms

Budget: $1000

Deadline: ~ July 30th

Acceptable Conditions: Meeting deadlines, design conformity, independent e2e work execution
