The role

Plexus is partnering with a fast-growing start-up building the next generation of prediction markets. Founded by traders who were unsatisfied with existing platforms, they bring lessons from our experience in trading and traditional exchange architecture to DeFi.

We're looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to help shape the trading experience. You'll build complex, highly interactive interfaces where real-time data, performance, and polish matter. You'll work closely with the people building the exchange and trading systems, using that connection to understand traders' needs and make the product better.

This is a high-ownership role on a small team. You'll have a strong voice in frontend architecture and be responsible for shipping work that traders use every day.

What you'll do

• Design data flow and state management for a large, real-time trading application.
• Build and ship product features in React and TypeScript.
• Keep data-dense interfaces fast and responsive.
• Make frontend architecture decisions that help the product grow without sacrificing quality.
• Work with the team to turn trader feedback and product ideas into polished, reliable experiences.

What we're looking for

• Deep, hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling.
• A track record of designing and shipping complex, interactive applications in production.
• Experience owning frontend architecture decisions.
• Strong skills in measuring and improving rendering performance.
• Care for the details that make data-dense interfaces clear, usable, and polished.
• Pride in your craft, strong collaboration skills, and a willingness to take ownership beyond a narrow area of the codebase.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with trading, prediction markets, or DeFi.
