Senior Frontend Engineer (React.js)

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+)

• Build reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components following modern frontend best practices.

• Develop new features and enhance existing functionality for enterprise-grade applications.

• Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and collaborate closely with backend engineers.

• Implement responsive, cross-browser compatible, and accessible user interfaces.

• Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and efficient rendering techniques.

• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect, production-ready interfaces.

• Participate in architecture discussions, technical design, and code reviews.

• Troubleshoot production issues and deliver timely resolutions.

• Write clean, maintainable, well-documented, and testable code.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, estimation, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 - 8 years of professional experience in Frontend Development.

• Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript (ES6+).

• Strong understanding of HTML5, CSS3, SCSS, Responsive Design, Browser Compatibility, and Web Standards.

• Experience with REST API integration and asynchronous programming.

• Experience working with reusable component libraries and modern frontend architecture.

• Familiarity with performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading, code splitting, and rendering optimization.

• Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

• Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of frontend security best practices and accessibility standards.
